Creating a forum

Can anyone recommend any safe, easy,free and fast way/tool to create a forum? :bigsmile:

i dunno if it will help but I use Forumotion for all my boards. its easy enough to use over all and free.

ProBoards is pretty easy to make and build a forum on. It's free too. It's where I made all my forums from 2005 - 2013.
