Zidane and Steiner = Lupin III and Zenigata?

Think about it, both Zidane and Lupin are womanizing theives who easily outsmart the authorities and always come up on top over the law trying to keep them down, not to mention both will stop whatever they are doing for a pretty face.

Steiner and Zenigata are both stuffy, old-school law enforcement types that appear to have a black and white morality and hate their respective thief characters, but are willing to look the other way if a greater evil appears, both are bumbling and never win against the heroic thief but are also shown to be serious badasses when the time comes.

So what do you think?

I actually like to think that Steiner is declaring his love for Zidane in that picture.
