Radio's Hot Sun by Handsome Furs. Not every time, but if I'm drunk and alone, I will probably cry to it. Same for Lover, You Should Have Come Over.
If only tears could bring you back to me from Pokemon the first movie album. I well up every time :crying:

I feel my insides clenching up just listening to the beginning of either of them. Then they just keep going until I'm a wreck. Of course this is all due to the context in which they're played in the show itself.
The polar opposite would be this song:

which actually makes me so happy from the bottom of my soul that I get teary.
I had a couple others for a while, but I heard those so many times that they've lost most of their effect.
