Final Fantasy Legend
Here are some FF games I never see talked about. Are they overlooked because they're on the Game Boy, or are they just bad games? I admit I haven't found out about them until rather recently, but I'm curious what other people stances were. Have you played them? Would you recommend them? Are you going to mind wipe me for knowing what they are?

I own Legend III. It's quite good actually, though it was brutal as smurf. I actually don't remember much aside from that anymore. Pretty sure all of those games are technically entries in another series though.
Saga according to Wikipedia.

They are SaGa games. FF Legend 2 is easily my favorite and I highly recommend it. 3 and 1 are good also but none of them captured the magic of 2 for me. I would say 3 is probably a little better than 1.
FF Adventure is also a great game and easily one of the best games ever made on the original Game Boy. It seems no one ever mentions it though when talking about the best games ever made for that system. Sword of Mana was the remake of this game but I still prefer the original.

Yeah as mentioned they don't get mentioned much because none of them are FF games with the debatable exception of Final Fantasy Adventure which is also Seiken Denetsu 1 and thus a Mana game but even in the Japanese version it has a FF moniker in its title.
I've been meaning to go back and play the Legend games, I played the hell out of Legend II that I borrowed from a friend but never got a chance to beat it. I really loved the party customization system where you could turn people into Robots or Monsters.

Put "Final Fantasy" in the title,
aren't Final Fantasy games.
Oh, America.

It's a tradition that carries forward into today. Hence why there are 3 or 4 studios named Bioware these days and EA doesn't distinguish between them.
