Sorry. Can't be over 21.
I don't really care that much about them so I was totally fine with them not joining
Hm, perhaps subconsciously this was one of the things that irked me in the back of my mind. No variety in ages. They were all 18'ish
Plus after that reveal. Couldn't have Squall fighting beside his dad. That's just embarrassing... Oh Japan... You and your damn high-school love, and coming of age stories
Laguna was wearing sandals, he would have been a health and safety hazard. ;)
Laguna's cramps would totally slow the party up!
Only if that song could be the battle music.
In tales of Vesperia, the character Raven complains about being an old man and how he's past his prime.
Dude's like 30.
Ugh. Raven did kind of over-play that bit. I liked the guy, but the act got old. Rowen still wins in that regard. An old man character that breaks all the tropes. And he's twice as old as Raven. 3 - 4 times as old as most JRPG characters. I think I want a Rowen-centric game lol >.>
In the game Mugen Souls Z, the "old man" of the group is Shirogane. He's 29 and the group constantly identifies him as "old man." What's more, he has old man level up and victory quotes like "get off my lawn!"
Part of me wonders if the whole thing was a spoof on what this topic is about. Or maybe it's just MSZ being Anime as hell.
Probably being anime as hell.
I think our topic is now to find the instance of the "youngest old man" character. 29 is the target,
