Lawful Evil, I think I read once that Tokita or Sakaguchi or someone on the FFIV team wanted a chivalrous villain. Kind of started a trend with characters like Gilgamesh, General Leo, and the Turks following afterwards.
Yeah, I imagine the reason they never realized teamwork was so effective is because they all hated each other due to completely different personalities.
I would like to know more about the elemental fiends in general. Where did they come from? Were they something that existed and were enslaved by Zeromus? Or were they created by him?
