The noodles. Do you break them to cook them? I do not but it seems a lot of people do
i do because it's easier to cook and eat.
I snap them in half over my leg while pretending I'm Bane.
Mostly because otherwise the entire noodles won't completely fit in the pot and I want them to cook evenly.
Of course not.
But then how would I wrap them around my fork 100 times?
#longnoodle
No! What the hell is this? People do that? What the smurf? What the smurf?
Why do people say pasta noodles?! xD
Sometimes I do sometimes I don't! If I'm being lazy I usually will, if not then I just push it into the pan.
No. That's crazy talk
No! How dare people do this! Also, it depends on my mood. Sometimes I feel like breaking spaghetti... in half. Like sausages.
No is the only reasonable response.
If you break spaghetti in front of me, I'll break your neck. Dirty heathens.
Yes. I break noodles. A.) I don't have a pot big enough. B.) That's just how we've always done it. And C.) I mostly make Poppy's Spaghetti when my daughter is here, so it's easier for her to eat it when the noodles are short.
Also.... PASTA NOODLES
I don't have a pot big enough either. So I put as much of the noodles in as I can and as they cook and get softer, I push the lower halves in (kind of twirl them in actually) and then the rest goes in and cooks. I've never had a problem with uneven cooking or anything that way
Yep, the 5-10 seconds it takes to push them in as they go soft isn't enough to cause any kind of noticeable unevenness in the spaghetti.
Pheesh is the spaghetti master.
