My friend looks good in photos, though. Just before the shutter goes, he says "Penis" aloud to himself. And this, without fail, makes him smile a big genuine smile of real happiness. He always looks completely naturally happy.
Do you like having your picture taken? How do you stop yourself looking like a pervert?
I'm not a big picture taking person. You can almost always tell I'm half smiling half just waiting for it to be over with.
I just don't smile in pictures normally, I try to remain passively neutral looking. It doesn't work often. I look best in photos when I'm not aware they're being taken. For example the HMV My Inspiration poster done a few years ago as part of a staff project when I worked for the company was taken whilst I just sat outside having a smoke on lunch break.
I smile with my mouth closed instead of showing my teeth but thats how I normally smile anyway.

At one point when I was travelling around USA I was getting my picture taken so often that I developed this really awesome natural smile. A lot of it had to do with my general state of mind as well though, hard not to smile when you're standing in front of the Grand Canyon and stuff.
If I'm ever worried I haven't got a good smile in me then I'll just smile with my mouth closed, it looks genuine and pleasant enough.

I haaaaate having my picture taken most of the time. I don't like how I look.
I don't like the way I am in photos, especially when they are taken suddenly by other people. I have accepted the fact that I am a hefty (SPOILER)fat asshole dude, but I swear everyone waits to take a photo of me until my face/body is at the precise moment where I look much bigger than I actually am. This sort of thing happened when I was skinny and/or at a reasonable weight years ago, so I know it's not just because I am bigger now. IT'S A CONSPIRACY!
I'm not very photogenic, but I don't really care one way or the other.
And here I though this thread was going to be about dick pics.
I don't like my smile. BJ and I both have that problem where you think you're smiling, but then you look at the picture and you just look pissed, so you try harder to smile and you just look smurfed. I'm gonna try that penis trick though.
