I might have to take some time to think about this one. There can be strong arguments made for strongest song in the series for each of them.

To Zanarkand easily beats OWA in my book. The emotion contained in that simple yet powerful piano composition is amazing. As I play the piano myself, that struck me quite hard.

I liken OWA to Mozart's Requeim Mass. Not compositionally, but that whilst the Requeim may possibly be the greatest music ever written, it's not the easiest thing to listen to. I'd place OWA in the same category. If I was introducing someone to video game music, I wouldn't be starting with OWA. I have to be in the mood for it, and sadly, I rarely am. So I voted for To Zanarkand. ^^;

Mozart had the misfortune of being born admidst the classical period. There is unrivalled genius in some of his music though, when he wrote music not strictly for the Kings pleasure whilst he was squeezing one out.
