I just really like attacking multiple targets.
Any summon + StealAsWell. Allows you to finish a fight in one move, and get some extra items out of it, too.
All-All
Final Attack + Revive/Phoenix; because surviving is good.
Knights of the Round + Steal as Well; for 13 steals in a row on all enemies, yay!
ChocoMog/Odin + Added Effect (in weapon); instant Stop or Death is neat.
Time + Added Effect (in armor); I could swear it makes you immune to Haste.
Sneak Attack + Steal (Mug) with Mega-All; to instantly destroy random encounters.
A favourite of mine is Deathblow + Added Cut. With the Added Cut even if Deathblow misses it is still as strong as a regular attack, and when it hits it is 3x damage.

I did not know about most of the 'added effect' options on Summon materia. After all these years, I'm still learning new stuff about this game, thanks to you guys xD
