Mindy's my personal favorite. Not really in the game, but when I used to run a Yugioh CCG, I think I found her to be the most useful card in my Magus Sisters deck.
Sandy is my favorite, too, for the same reasons LWL & Shauna gave.
When are the sisters going to show up in another game? It also feels like Biggs & Wedge have been absent for a while.
Hopefully, they'll all be in FFXV. I'd like to see the fat sister ginormous like Ramuh & her attack is to cannonball over the entire battlefield.

Sandy is very cool and I've always seen her as the de facto leader of the trio, but there's something brutal about Mindy's Passado attack. Once they're beefed up, Passado does just so much damage. I really loved their insect incarnation in FFX. They were my favorite summon in the game.
Cindy is my favourite.
She looks after the other two, with Mighty Guard and Cura and such.
Sandy is my favourite, because she's a badass, simply! :P
