If I've been holding it in because I couldn't get to the bathroom right away, yeah.
It's probably one of the greatest feelings on earth.
There was a time in my life where I held it in for so long, when I was finally able to go I was going like Austin Powers.
It's one of the free joys in life!
When I make it to the toilet on time? Yes.
Any other time? No.
No. Multiple childbirths have ruined my bladder and I have to pee like every 30 minutes and it's just annoying :(
The best is after sex/orgasm, the release is almost like a second orgasm.
There is a sense of euphoria after needing to go for so long. Like, a sensation of pure relief. I get that.

Though it has happened on occasion and full bladder can be annoying but really it is an either/or thing so having a rager kinda kills any bladder signals. :p
