I'm not as familiar with 80's TV since I wasn't born yet and don't often check the dates on stuff, but of the options you listed, I like Cheers the most!
this is a easy one. Cheers > all. Newhart is a close second.
These are all great shows, I picked Dukes of Hazzard, but my vote easily could have gone to Newhart, or Cheers.
