Well, seeing that Dracula usually has control over Frankenstein's Monster when they meet, I'm gonna have to do with Dracula.
Going from the original source material, probably Dracula.
The 'monster' doesn't want to fight. For the majority of the novel, it actually avoids conflict.
The monster is just misunderstood, he has amazing strength however he uses it to put a piano on a cat instead of fight unless forced to. So... Dracula
People tend to forget that Dracula has great physical strength. He also has a slew of insane powers.
The Monster just smashes.
Now, if Frankenstein's Monster is actually code for Alexander Anderson then it could go either way.
I feel sorry for the big guy so I'm gonna give him my vote. He was very well-spoken and intelligent in the novel and I think if he applied himself properly... he could defeat the mighty Dracula.
