Basically mostly perverted joke. For some reason that makes the game seem more fun :D

Edit: It was created by somethingawful called "Awful Fantasy" from what i know.

I've seen it mentioned here a couple of times over the years but never played it myself. I have played Pony Fantasy 6 though, which isn't as full of perverted jokes as it may sound.
