Probably VI -- it's the game I enjoy the most in normal playthroughs and offers a lot of challenge options I really like.
I'd probably choose X because Yuna. I can't live without my Yuna.

At this rate, I will be playing XIV for the rest of my life. If choosing an MMO is cheating, then V cause it's my favorite.
You have to base this on the replay factor. That being the case it would be FFVII without a doubt.
Either XII or TA.
