Another approach to jobs

So my last playthrough I divided all of the jobs by character so that each had 6 jobs to master. But at a certain point I was underleveled and it made the game very annoying. So this time I am giving them each 12 jobs to master, meaning each job will be mastered by 2 people.

What was your approach? Did you specialize it like I did or have everyone master everything?

I usually like to have one person master a job because I don't like everyone being the same. But because of the underleveled issues I mentioned I have now switched it so that one male and one female master each job and I can appreciate more outfits~

I gave people specific jobs. I don't even think I mastered every job at least once. Once I got to a squad I liked, I just stopped leveling jobs.

I started off giving everyone one job from around each Crystal, but then they branched out, and in the everything with everyone

Everyone mastered everything. Including getting all the Genome skills. Including the -aja spells.
