FFI: Two times, Origins and the NES version
FFII: Once and 9/10ths. I have a playthrough at the Jade Passage that I still need to finish but I'm grinding magic.
FFIII: Three times, two for the DS version and once on Super Famicom
FFIV: More time than I can remember...
FFV: Three times, PS1 and once on GBA.
FFVI: More times than I can remember.
FFVII: See Above.
FFVIII: Four or five times.
FFIX: Three times
FFX Three times. Which is frankly three times too many.
FFXI: Didn't even leave the starting area.
FFXII: One time, surprisingly enough...
FFXIII: Once and never again.
FFXIV: I...um own it, I guess.

FFTactics: More times than I can remember.
FFTactics Advance: Once
FFTA2: Once
FFX-2: Once, and probably never again seeing how I can't play the game for more than ten minutes without cringing.
Crisis Core: Twice, and never again.
Revenant Wings: Final boss fight, need to grind a little more, don't fee like it.
Mystic Quest: Probably 3/4ths of the way through?
4 Heroes of Light: Just hit the halfway point over the holiday.
The After Years: Got to the dungeon fatigue in the last chapters and haven't been bothered to come back.
TheaterRhythm: Beat it and unlocked everything.
Dissidia: Completed, still missing some gear but whatever.
Duodecim: Stuck at Feral Chaos, haven't cared enough to grind so I can beat him.

Everything else is either not a true FF, I don't own, or I don't intend to play.

FFI: Once on GBA
FFII: Once on GBA
FFIII: Only barely played a little of it on DS. I still need to get around to that one
FFIV: Once on DS, about 3/4 on the snes version on virtual console
FFV: Own but haven't played yet
FFVI: Once on PS1 version
FFVII: Once with gameshark and once just recently without cheating. Lots of times playing through the midgar section and nothing else though
FFVIII: More than I can count. I'd say at least 15 times maybe
FFIX: I think I've only beaten it once. I used to have a copy that froze during cutscenes so I don't think I beat any playthroughs on that one.
FFX: 3 or 4 times
FFX-2: 3 or 4 times
FFXII: Once
FFXIII: Once
FFXIII-2: Once
LR: Once

Crisis Core: 2 times
Crystal Chronicles: The Crystal Bearers: Once
Theatrhythm and Curtain Call: Once each, I guess.

I think that's all I've really beaten. I've played others, but I just never can seem to beat them. (The tactics games for example. I love the style of game and really enjoyed those, but I just can never beat any of those kinds of games for whatever reason.)
