Roast potatoes are the best. I'm also really partial to mashed potato, but I don't get to eat it much because Formy absolutely hates it so I can't cook it for us. :cry:
Mashed, deep fried, regular fried until crispy, baked, turned into casserole.
I can't help but think we've had a potato thread recently.

Any way that potatoes can be consumed. Hash browns, baked, mashed, scalloped, au gratin, fried, whipped, creamed, whatever. Give me all of the starches.
