I never bothered with ME2 DLC so I have no idea what she is like :(
She's like a cool person who is cool
Her invisibility skill was funny because she would randomly pop up in my face and it was like 'o hi!'
She also had a thing for Jacob, whom I was dating, but she was pretty chill about it

I liked Kasumi. It helps that her recruitment quest is awesome and really fun to do, and the character herself is excellent. In a team of a broody Turian, a roided Krogan, an ice queen and a biotic psychotic, she seemed surprisingly normal and good-natured.
I wish she was in the game more tbh. I thought she was a great character but not as prominent.
The biggest weakness with her DLC is that you couldn't really have conversation with her. Went you went to talk with her in her cabin, she'd just monologue at you. Wish they'd developed her a bit more, so you could actually TALK to each other after you've recruited her.
