Bottom Five Final Fantasies

Here's an inverse of Midgar Mist's thread ;) So what do you consider the five weakest FFs?

For me it's

5. Final Fantasy III

4. Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII

3. Final Fantasy XIII

2. Final Fantasy X

1. Dirge of Cerberus: Final Fantasy VII

The bottom 5 is tough but I'd have to use sequels with it I think.

5: Final Fantasy X-2. They just changed to much of what made X great

4: Final Fantasy Mystic Quest. Anyone argue this?

3: Final Fantasy XIII Lightning returns. Better then the other 2 but still ehhh

2: Final Fantasy XIII-2. It was just a money grab at that point

1: Final Fantasy XIII. Though given the name it wasn't worthy of it.

I'm only listing games I've owned and played. Technically the worst abomination to ever come out of SE for the franchise is All the Bravest, but I sort of saw it for what it was and never bothered picking it up.

Oh man, Revenant Wings was bad. I really have no idea who still lets Toriyama make games.

Considering he also worked on Parasite Eve 3rd Birthday and Front Mission Evolved, I'm starting to think he's SE's go-to-guy for killing off franchises so fans will stop asking about it.

In that order. FF1 being the weakest. if i see Mists thread youll see the other games. (i like all of them)

II < I < Ivalice Alliance < III < V < IV Saga < VIII < X Saga < VI < IX <= FNC: FFXIII Trilogy < CoFFVII

I don't think I've played enough to list worst 5, as that would imply all of those games being bad, but Dirge of Cerberus is the worst FF game I've played.

I have completed, or nearly completed, 2, 4, 7, Dirge of Cerberus, 8, 9, 10, 10-2, 12, 13 and 13-2.
I have played some of FFV and VI and Lightning Returns.

Of those games, the only one I'd was total garbage was VIII. But if I were to list the least good games I've played - keeping in mind most of these aren't bad, I just enjoy them the least -

Final Fantasy VIII
Final Fantasy IX
Dirge of Cerberus
Final Fantasy IV
And let's just say FFVIII again.
