Hajime Tanaka is a treasure
Makes sense. He's the only one to have directed a game in the engine the studio is named after.
Hopefully they aren't as derivative as Tokyo RPG Factory. Tabata seems to know what he's doing, and it's nice that he's not just getting thrown at another failing project to fix and resurrect. He definitely deserves to make something awesome from scratch with a decent budget. I'm willing to see what he comes up with
It makes sense. It's nowhere near my favorite RPGs, but FFXV certainly had a lot more global appeal than the last decade or so of JRPGs.
