Not gonna lie, not a fan of either, but Guy is more underrated since nobody talks about FFII
So can Gau and Guy have a normal conversation?
I'm going for Gau. He's so precious, and his backstory is so sad!
That was an absurdly difficult decision and I really like both characters. Probably because I adore animals! I went for Gau to even up a lopsided vote in the end, couldn't decide otherwise.
I voted for Guy because I've literally never heard of him. Doesn't get more underrated than that.

This is a tough one, but I'm giving it to Guy cause even in his own game he tends to be overlooked among the main four. Gau is certainly an underrated character within his own game, but I feel it's purely from a mechanical standpoint whereas most people seem to genuinely like his story and characterization. That could all well changed if SE ever gave a voice to the brat.
Sorry Gau! Maybe Setzer and Edgar should've given you more advice than just fashion sense?
