This kind of reminds me of the Agni's Philosophy demo, but this one is more Ghost in the Shell by the looks of thing.
Oddly enough, it's not necessarily a demo for a new project, but then it kind of is as their main website is willing to partner with other studios to use the characters shown for their own projects as long as they get approval from Square-Enix.
