Secret of Mana, as I said in the first round I don't like DQ4 at all, and SoM I can still enjoy despite some of the obvious flaws (plus it got me into RPGs back in '94)
Though DQIV is near the bottom of my personal DQ list, I still have better memories of it than SoM.
Secret of Mana by far. There is no Dragon Quest game that even comes close to SoM for me and DQVIII was much better than DQIV, IMO.
Maybee Vermachtnis will pull SoM ahead. I hope Spuuky was the only one who prefers DQIV over DQVIII. Don't Jinx it.
I should really go back and finish the remake of SoM
Had to flip a coin to decide. Secret of Mana will survive for one more round.
