Resident Evil 2 is a remake of the original 1998 release of Resident Evil 2. It's the latest entry in Capcom's survival horror series, and has released to critical and commercial success.

Resident Evil 2 is easily the frontrunner for my personal game of the year in 2019 so far. Between Devil May Cry 5 and Resident Evil 2, Capcom has been on a roll with quality releases. What are your thoughts on Resident Evil 2? How do you feel about the future of the Resident Evil series?

RE2 is just great. I like Capcom's approach at this point and hope RE3 and RE4 remakes won't disappoint us too.

I heard this game was released a little while ago. What do people think of it?
