Eh...subject to change. This is hard. Both because there are so many to consider and because for a lot of the character themes there's a better version of basically the same song (e.g. Cosmo Canyon is superior to Red XIII's theme, otherwise I probably would have included him in the list, Forever Rachel is arguably better than Locke's theme, although there's something to be said for the upbeat version, so I still included, I'm not 100% sure if Kimahri's theme and People of the North are the same, Coin Toss is better than Edgar's theme, etc.)

I'd say Home Sweet Home counts for Bartz. I would also say that The Oath counts as Squall's Theme.
