Can't wait until Feb 29!

I have not anticipated a new game as much as this in quite some time. It looks amazing, it has so many of the things that made FFVII special, and lots more. Looks like all the characters will be there too. Should be a leap day to remember.

SE has disappointed me many times in the past but Remake was actually very good (just a little drawn out), and now it looks like Remake was just the proof of concept for this game.

Is anyone as stoked as I am?

I'm hopeful. I was a bit thrown off last time with the divergence from the original storyline, but now I know what to expect going into it and I'm looking forward to it.

I got a PS5 this Christmas for this game, so yeah, safe to say same. FF7R1 was great and if they keep up that level of character writing and pay off what they've been setting up well it'll be quite a gem.
