How long was the site down?

It felt like forever. :(

Definitely an eternity

Toooooo long. Sorry, guys, it was a bit of a headache scenario but it seems we got there in the end. Kudos to Samuraid and Del Murder for their efforts, and I hope what little I contributed was useful.
