oik, i need help from anyone who knows how to make a vid.
im trying to make a video and upload it. What exactly do i need?
im gonna buy a new camera, do i need any special one?
and then i just whack it into my usb or sumfin?
i go nfi how to go about it. =(
also anyone kow what app i need to edit it and chuck music on.

Youd be better whith a camera that you can plug in your comp. Dont make that mistake...

VirtualDub or NanDub, along with the DivX codecs would be the best to re-encode the thing at a lower bitrate so it's a more manageable file size for upload :)
I recently got a new camcorder that works quite well. It's a Sony Digital 8 Handycam. It takes 8mm. film, Sony memory stick, or direct USB plugin. It was about $700. It works really good too.
