LiveJournal Overrides

Hey All,
I know a lot of people here have LJ, so I was hoping someone knowledgable of it might be able to help.
I have a free account, so in order to reall customize my LJ I have to use overrides.

I want to change the background and the comments (like: "comment on this" and "# comments")
But I've been wandering around the site and DJ (since I can make styles there) and I wasn't able to hinder much success.

I managed to come up with this, but I'm not sure how far off I am:

GLOBAL_HEAD
>STYLE TYPE="text/css">
BODY {background-image: url(http://www.angelfire.com/games4/fant...eirdcolors.jpg);
background-repeat: repeat;
background-attachment: fixed;}

LASTN_DATE_FORMAT (just for fun)
%%aylongd%% %%monlong%% %%dth%% %%yyyy%%|%%12hh%%:%%min%%%%ampm%%

Any help would be much appriecated. Thanks!

well, here's the thing
if your background isn't working, then it's because angelfire doesn't allow outside linking to thier sites' images....


I don't know much about LJ but I know that.
