Adobe Preimere Troubles

I have Adobe Preimere 6.0 and after browsing troubleshooters, sites, and all over and having no luck, I thought I'd try here. :) Hehe.

As of late my computer had been having a lot of problems with display and resolution so I've since fixed it, but updated the video drivers as well. Now in Adobe Preimere, in my Monitor Window, I get no preview on my movie(s) and the thumbnails are black as well. I can't figure it out. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling a number of times.

Any help would be greatly appriciated, thanks!

Try reinstalling DirectX as well, and/or checking the DirectX settings, I think the preview thing for most video editing programs use Direct Draw acceleration for this option.
