I already have 320 MB of RAM. Lovely. :p But I have a 20 GB HD in my computer. It's getting filled up quite fast, so I want a new HD (80 GB). I'll hopefully get it tomorrow. :D That means my computer will have 100 GB. :D

In my case, it'd be RAM I need, since I always use more pagefile space than RAM I've got :p
Id like to have a 160 gb HD but, unlike Cl, I didnt find a good way to get money out of nowhere.
So I guess I should go for the HD
