No idea whether this was brought up before I started ranting about it, but I would like to see a 'newbie' forum for n00b135 to post 'hi, i'm new'.
Essentially a welcoming forum. You could post silly sticky threads telling them what rules exist in the fora, and what have you.

The only forum I've really seen it sucessful at is EAO, and we've repeatedly decided that it's not for EoFF.
