Why is registration disabled?

I wanted to register a second account and it wouldn't let me.

People registering too many second accounts.

if you wanted to change your username then ask a mod to change it.

We had a @#$@$ jack@$@!$ who kept re-registering after being banned, so we're leaving registration off for a while.
