It's completely pointless as far as I know. I think it's just for fun *shrugs*
It pops up a little window stating you are attacking that person and it sends a virus to complety erradicate their hard drive...nah it just the result of Bley's boredom.
It's not a dumb question because it's been asked many times before, but since it's answered now I will close this thread.
