No Quick Reply feature in General Squaresoft forum.

Like the title states, while using the Quick Reply variation of EoFF it seems that the feature is missing in the General Squaresoft forum.

I think it is missing in some other forum also but I am not sure.

I noticed that like eight years ago. Where've YOU been? Anyway I fixed it.
