Can't see icons in IE

It was then that I checked LJ, and that one didn't show up either. Any idea what settings fix that? I know it was working on this before, never noticed it stopping until now.
EDIT: If anyone's wondering what I'm talking about, check the url I posted. It's about the little icons that you can get to appear in the url bar, like the pencil in LJ and CNN's... thingy.

Does IE even show them in the address bar? It shows them in Bookmarks (sometimes), but I never had it consistently show them in the address bar, back in my IE-using days. I really have no idea.
*obligatory plug for non-IE web browsers that work better*

Yeah, I hardly have it working for me anyway, maybe once in awhile, but really, it either stays and uses the same icon for other addresses

I see them all the time, probably because I use Phoenix all the time.:D
