I don't know if tere are any non midi's of it, but if you go to http://www.vgmusic.com/music/console.../index-af.html and look down the page (it's alphabetical) you can find the FFV final boss musics there.

Zophar's Domain is a great site to go to for old video game music. You can get Super Jukebox there to convert a .spc soundtrack (Like FF5, which can be found here, along with many other Super Nintendo soundtracks.) to a .wav file, which can then be converted to a .mp3 file using Musicmatch Jukebox. Lots easier than trying to find everything on Kazaa, and lots less online time needed, too.
Or if you still havent found it or dont want to go through all that complicated stuff, you can get yours where I got mine, www.winmx.com, it's a peer to peer, like Kaaza.
