is there any place near the moonflow where i can get ability spheres? im waiting to move some people on the sphere grid before i can teach them some things, but i ran out of ability spheres and cant seem to find any.

I have the same problem, I usually save one ability sphere at the beginning until I learn Extract Ability for Wakka.
if you have kotto's unlocked in monster arena you can use extract ability on it.
then you will get 40 ability spheres at end of fight as long as you over kill him :)

I've never run out of ability spheres ever. You guys are wierd.

i got a bunch in the thunderplains from the blue guys who float.
