Which FMV? There are two with Yuna singing, but I'll run through 'em both.

Opening FMV: (SPOILER)That's Le Blance disguised as Yuna, so it's neither Yuna or her 'clone', which brings us to another subject...

1000 no Kotoba FMV: (SPOILER)Yuna is Yuna, only she appears to transform into Lenne during the movie. Let me get this straight, Lenne is NOT a clone of Yuna! Lenne is a women from 1000 years ago who died and she is using Yuna to sing 1000 no Kotoba. Clone = no. People should begin wondering about what they read, instead of believing it right off the bat. It could be incorrect because FFX-2 isn't even out in most countries yet, so don't believe anything yet. Although it has been confirmed that Lenne is a 1000 year old dead girl who has come back searching for Shuin.
