nope. they arent related in ANY way.. they jhusS kind of look alike (SPOILER) and when yuna uses lenne's dress sphere, she starts dreaming of things that happened during lenne's life happen to HER . hope that helped

Ouch.... Spira don't have Buddism's karma theory. So Yuna never be Lenne's reincarnation. Both of them are true exist in Spira. Lenne from Zanarkand 1000 years ago while Yuna is give birth after 1000 years from Lenne's timeline.
