Why can I only see it after I log in now? DDD:
posting in EoEO is now a priviledge that can be taken away if you are not being helpful, spam, or flame anyone there. The purpose is that we think that revoking people's access to EoEO will help some people be relieved that they won't feel hurt for posting anything, and that they'll get help from others who actually care, as opposed to being made fun of for being the person they are. Yes.
Because of the new rule. People can get banned from EoEO for breaking the "no being stupid" rule. It's easy to get around the ban by just logging out, right? Not anymore! Ha!
And also, we figured that the kind of people who go into EoEO just to be stupid get off on reading about people's problems and laughing at them, so now they can't do that either.
I'm glad.
I hadn't thought about any idea like this, either, but I agree that it's a good idea. Like Gau said, now you can't take pleasure in other people's pain anymore and now you can't make BS posts that don't advance the topic of the thread to a solution. Kudos to whoever thought of this.
Bleys. Let us all give him praise. *hails*Quote:

I might as well let the secret out...
Bleys = Bruckner
Great idea, but how exactly does one hail?
Can I get my access to EoEO taken away, please? It sucks hairy.

Honestly, take it away. It pains my eyes to see people acting soidioopenly about their opinions, especially the stupid ones.
I've never even gone to that forum. :P (World Events that is)
I think that restricting access to that forum is stupid. It is just plain annoying. I computer hop like a kanagroo and I rarely log in. This is a pain in the ass.
I wish it wasn't necessary, but people have been abusing it, and EoEo's supposed to be sacred.
EoEo, back when it was sacred, is what brought me to EoFF. I think the same thing went for Mik's lady, although it had already lost much of its intimacy by then.
