Photoshop problem

I have taken 8 photos, all of which are just to the right of the last photo, making a panoramic photo type effect.

I can remember using photoshop elements to "stitch" the image together, it would do it all automatically, resizing, overlapping and so forth.

Though in Photoshop 7, I have yet to find such a thing; is it there or not?

Only way I know is to adjust the document size to fit all 8 pictures the way you want (like 8 times the length) and copy/paste them together. Due to the layering, it should be easy to manipulate everything.

yeah what BlkKnight said, I usually copy and paste each image onto a bigger canvas and use the layering options to blend everything together.
