Poets corner

I'm not sure if its just me but i'm on quick reply but when i go to reply to the poets corner the quick reply bar isn't there, is it just me?

By the Queen's teenage-panties, the chap is jolly well right! This is a grave precedent, and could lead to other forums neglecting their Quick Reply duties. I suggest we strike DOWN upon this rebellious collective, and build it again, and call it New Jerusalem.

It was to stop people spamming, since we all know how popular that place is :p But since you insist, may as well allow people using Quick Reply stylesets to see that box again :p
