What in the world is it?

Yeah, uh, in that HTML knowledge thread that's sittin' in GC, some random window came up.

It flashed really quickly in several different vibrant colors, and contained the words "I Are Leet". It also forced my IE to close down. If someone could figure out what the hell it is and get rid of it. . . I didn't get to read the thread because of it.
