There's one small room in Ultimecia Castle, when you're heading towards the hall of paintings. There's a spiral staircase, a change point, and a bell with a rope attached. Pull the rope and a countdown will start. Use the change point to switch to your other party, who should be waiting by the fountain. Run into the cathedral.
