Please change the AIM smilies to the following, I can't bother to remember each :aiminsertmood: code for each smiley, and it's easier this way, methink. ;)
I only made 2 smiley changes from the original AIM version. O=) for angel, and =-/ for umm...

Better yet, you could add new smilies for each of them so that it won't come across looking completely dumb when people used the old codes for the smilies.

I've got all the important ones rememberd. And that is :aimsun:. Nothing else is needed.
We've had so many topics about changing/fixing the smilies that just trailed off that I'm tempted to just do it myself when no ones looking.
Heck, I deleted the "cool" smoking smiley quite some time ago and no one seemed to notice. :aimsun:
AIM Smilies should die :D They're also octagonal.
OCTAGONS ARE SUPERIOR. Apart from the rhombus, the rhombus is FAR SUPERIOR. But they don't make rhombus-shaped-smileys. =/

Yep, I agree with Proto as well. AIM smileys are the best and changing this would be much easier, and I believe it wouldn't be too much work to change this, so why not? And pimp smiley should be added.:cool: Also in pimp smiley's case, why not? Nobody uses for example that silly Chef smiley ( and many others) and here are people who actually wants the pimp smiley and are willing to use it. :Pimp: < --- *sigh* :cry: :(
I've never used them the way Proto wants them, even on AIM; I just click on them there. So, no. :aimmad:
The only real problem here is that :aimsad: actually shows the crying emoticon () instead of the frowning one (

The reason I back it all is because when people copy/paste quotes from AIM, they get the smilies that Aaron showed, and it would be nice to have the smilies that fit to it quoted in.

Someone tell me what the shorthand for the aimcry one should be in AIM, and I'll consider adding them, provided they don't clash with anything or have a possibility of clashing with future replacement code thingys :p
