The shields

Ok, I'm just trying to make a poll...

When you're in a fight and your characters block an attack, a shield appears in front of them... different colors depending on the attack.

Now, how many different ones do you know? :)

I think there's one for most of the elements.

Yeah. If you block a fire attack, it will glow red.

Ice: Blue
Bolt: Yellow
Demi time magic: Black

If you just block a regular attack, I think it's just a red and white shield.

Life makes it glow a bright yellow, almost white.

I think there's a green for poison, too.

Yeah, those are the two that I forgot. I don't know why someone would block the life/cure spells though.

It's a small pic, but these are the ones I've seen

There's 2 different defenses involving weapons, don't know which is which but there they are... oh, and the Zephyr cape, too :)

Doom is black and red.

There's the little sword-lookin' shield, too.

EDIT: Ooh! And you can't forget Interceptor.

I think it's Phoenix Esper that everyone in your party blocks and it doesn't do jack :laugh: It's a purple sheild with a red bird on it :laugh:
