Where do you want to put this picture up?

If you're referring to signatures, don't use an attachment as you tried earlier, since it adds to bandwidth load for the site and doesn't work for anyone not logged in anyway due to viewing permisions of attachments here. Go find some web hosting instead and upload your images there, then look use Search to find older threads here about signatures about how to put images in them.
